Abstract (EN)

Hemoglobin mean concentration in the paint group was found to be lower than the textile and the control group (p<0,01). Hemoglobin concentration was lower in the textile group than the control group (p<0,01). Serum ALT, AST levels were not significantly difference between among three groups (p>0,05). As a result, elevated MDA levels in the paint and the textile group may indicate that increased lipid peroxidation at exposure of long-term organic solvents. Beside this, increased MDA level in the paint group compared to the textile is shown that exposure can change due to the conditions. Whereas elevated SOD activity in the paint and the textile group compared to control exposes that antioxidant system is activated against to lipid peroxidation. Hovewer, decreased TAC level in the paint may indicate that other antioxidant system is used.
