Özet (EN)

This study examines Turkish foreign policy in all aspects of the Ukraine-Russia crisis. The relations between Ukraine and Russia, which became independent after the disintegration of the Soviet Union, have been under the control of Russia until the last years without any problems. However, especially after the liberal movement, which started to dominate in Ukraine, and the rapprochement with Western countries, the relations between Russia and Ukraine have gone to tension or even conflict. In this study, it is examined how Turkish foreign policy is shaped against the crises between Russia and Ukraine in recent years. The factors determining the foreign policies of states are explained. Then, with the historical process, the relations between Russia and Ukraine were discussed. The recent crisis and the process of coming to this stage are explained. Finally, the information provided throughout the study about Turkey's policy stance in this crisis and watch have been made in the light of the overall evaluation.
