Abstract (EN)
Theaim in thisstudy, theaccumulation of CdandNiareinvestigated on plants in theagriculturalareaswhichexposedtotraffic-relatedairpollution at theside of the E-100 highwaywhich is locatedbetweenmajorhighways. Instudy, in a selectedregion at thehighwayroadside, roadmotorizedvehicleswerecategorizedbycountingandsothenumber of heavyvehicletrafficdensitywereinvestigated on changesbyhours. Inventory of emissions of theselectedregionfromroadtrafficwerecalculatedbyusingvehicleexhaustsemissionsvalues. As a result, daily 0.18 tons of Cdand 1.27 tons of Niaccumulationformationhavebeenfound. Thewalnutsandquincetreeleafsampleswhichcollectedfromworkingareaweremademeasurements on theheavy metal values. As a result, Cdvalue in thewashedsampleshavebeenidentifiedbetween 0,047 to 0,106 ppmand Nivalue in thewashedsampleshavebeenidentifiedbetween 1.102 to 5.17 ppm. Thechanging in airqualitycausedbyemissionsfromvehicleswasmappedusingby CBS software. As a result, it'sshownthattheamount of emissionsaccumulating in plants is decreasingdistancefromtheedge of theroad.
