It is blatant that the public transportation systems' attractiveness will increase if the passengers' priorities are understood properly. In this research, it has been shown that the public transportation systems' demand prediction could be modelled with the methods such as Customer Expectation Surveys, Data Minig, and Mathematical Methods besides the expectations of public transportation users are handled appropriately. The public transportation systems' requirements in strategic planning and operation planning phases can be met with this studies' outputs of this study.
