With the development of technological advances in the field of production, there have been many industrial revolutions that affected economic and social life from the past to the present. Industry 4.0 is a concept used in this process to express a process that we believe will emerge in our modern life and in the future. Although this concept, which we first encountered in Germany in 2011, has many components, it is also expressed in terms of different definitions and concepts outside Germany and it is the main strategy of the countries' economic policies. This study describes the components of the industrial 4.0 industrial revolution, together with the industrial revolutions of the past. In addition, with the industry 4.0, the future of social and economic events that may affect the society positively and negatively are also stated. This study aims to determine the criteria must-have for digital conversion of the country and through the techniques of multiple-criteria decision analysis of these criteria, accompanied by statistical data, Turkey's is evaluated among the G-20 is a comparative study between the countries of the 4.0 and digital conversion levels of the measurement and determination of the ranking.
