Our country and in the world system operation of family medicine

The aim of this prospective study and investigation of family medicine system in the world, examining the practice of family medicine so in other countries, our knowledge of the occurrences of primary health care after the reforms made, is intended for the detection of family medicine practice. After a general introduction of family medicine made in the first part of the study, an international field of family medicine services are given how the information obtained from the literature that is executed. In the second part of the study, how the implementation of family medicine in our country and how it occurred, the legal basis of family medicine, information for the investigation of the scope and conditions of work are intended to achieve. In many countries, family medicine practice is the first place referred to health care and health services in age, sex, and regardless of the type of disease, which is given in the first step of therapeutic and preventive health care of family doctors. In our country there have been many developments in legislation related to the application. But has not yet seen the formation of primary health care services are not fully conscious. The results of the literature review, studies that have been conducted by official institutions are in addition to academic studies. With responsibility for implementation of the system of family medicine take serious measures related to, the idea that family medicine should be brought to the functionality has occurred.
