Abstract (EN)
This research was serving in the military hospitals, nurses, nurse managers perceive their perceived leadership styles and the service has been made in order to determine the relevant institutions to improve the leadership skills of nurse managers is thought to contribute to planning education. The research data "Leader Behavior Description Questionnaire" collected by SPSS descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) were evaluated. % 86, 9 of nurse managers, flour are not good listeners, they want to compliance with the standard methods and procedures, the employees did not want to take spokesperson, stated that they were open to change, even though they tend to maintain the status quo that, 75% of employees are not allowed to use their initiative, only 9% conduct their business without taking into consideration the opinions of flour employees, employees are often given prominence in the work to be completed, so the properties of these matters in which the democratic leaders, only % 17,5 of had difficulty clearly recognized errors, % 60 of cent were using the transfer of authority. More than half of the managers (% 62, 3) excellent or good in itself was judged to be an administrator. Hospitals, research findings, assessed the negative regulation of matters of management and leadership training, literature survey, in-service training, post-graduate training programs within the scope of participation in continuing education activities, such as giving more importance to and support of nurse managers participation in these activities is recommended.
