The position of Turkish education at the national education sciences congresses

Language is the most effective device of communication among the human beings, the source of thoughts, the most effective tool of expressing emotions and ideas as well. Each person expresses himself/herself with the help of lexical capacity he/she has got and with the ability of telling and understanding. It is not seem to be possible for a person who hasn?t gained the capabilities of language to tell and understand properly what is going on around him/her. Among the general focuses of teaching Turkish those can be counted as forecoming items: to provide to the learners the ability of properly judging what he/she sees, observes, listens or reads and to provide them the ability of properly narrating the things he/she sees, observes or plans complying with his/her aims both verbal and written versions. A method in this regard absolutely will supply to the learners qualified Turkish learning session. Thus the evolution of learning processes of native language learner affects all his/her education life. At first it is strongly needed for each lesson to be understood and seized by the learner. Therefore a learner must seize all linguistic abilities.Besides, there are numerous continuous problems about Turkish Language and teaching Turkish. In order to evaluation of new improvements in this field and for an effective and clear teaching of Turkish language and solve those encountered problems universities and scholars are entrusted with crucial duties. In this course numerous researches and scientific studies are being produced. Most of those outcomes are brought and being discussed on congresses, symposiums and different scientific platforms. Lots of congresses and symposiums are being held on this field.In this research the position of Teaching Turkish was determined at the National Education Sciences Congresses that is one of the meetings in this area. The final booklets released at the end of the National Education congresses were scanned one by one and announcement fields? headlines specified. Among those mentioned announcements at the congresses the ones related with Teaching Turkish were specified, and how many people joined from Teaching Turkish Departments of universities, the number of researchers on an announcement, the titles of the people joined to the studies on teaching Turkish were stated and figured in a table. The methods presented in the area of teaching Turkish were examined, and the directions of those announcements were determined and the findings were figured in a table. At the next step those announcements classified according to their points in Teaching Turkish. Then the studies and researches towards the four main courses (skills) reading, writing, listening, speaking of Turkish were determined and their findings and outcomes were figured in a table.
