Only way defending state from external and internal thread to continue its existence is to know this threat previously and take a precaution. Powerful states implement efficient intelligence method to have their diplomatic strategy approved all around the World. But intelligence activities importance doesn't deserve position which is being now in our country. İn this scope, at our country researching intelligence in academic way, having well educated intelligence personnel and well organized intelligence agencies all the time are necessary by means of being assurance our indepence and security.
