Abstract (EN)
In this study, the right to education , in the framework of the Turkish Law and International regulations have been investigated.. The right to education and training concepts expressed what it meant subsequently, in international regulations and in particular the European Convention on Human Rights and in the scope of the European Convention on Human Rights First Protocol Additional to the second item the right to education is organized in what way and it's limits were examined is then, Right to education in the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey through historical process that has tried to explain the changes. In the study, as a result, the problems identified on the right to education in Turkey, expressed in accordance with international regulations and the various solutions to these problems have itemized. All of these views in the context of, related on the right to education, Our constitutional law, including particularly serious amendments and, It is understood that the ideological approach should be avoided while the right to education is being edited.
