Abstract (EN)

This research has been carried out for the classical guitar teachers and students to highlight what some of the possible effects would be in the process of educating the classical guitar students at an international level studying the educational processes of the internationally experienced Turkish classical guitar interpreters with the purpose of studying the components which make them successful at an international level. In this descriptive research, 13 internationally experienced classical guitarists have been interviewed through 58 questions. The obtained results have been expressed in terms of frequencies and numerical percentage charts. As a consequence of the study, it has been detected that; a life whose demands are reasonably met is one of the factors affecting the success positively, their families have a well-to-do financial status, they carry on their education with their families, they have a special study environment; and as well as starting their educational lives with specific targets, they might also be laterally motivated. Additionally, it has been pinpointed that they have had the instinct of learning which arises from willingness, been curious about searching and have attended to numerous master classes and various suggestions have been made in respect to these results.
