Abstract (EN)

A financial centre is a city in which demand and supply of funds meets. An international financial centre is a city in which international demand and international supply of funds meets. To take advantage of the improvement of international financial services depends on being a competitive financial centre. Integral to Turkey?s plan to make its economy one of the world?s 10 largest by 2023, designed master plan for the Istanbul International Financial Center (IIFC) is now in construction The primary question posed was: ?Is it feasible to develop a world-class, value generative financial centre in Turkey? Istanbul?s potential is evaluated that as a priority it should be a regional financial center. After all, concluded that when it meet the condition of regional financial center, it could reach the position of international financial center by increasing its potential. Key Words: 1.
