Abstract (EN)
The concept of global administrative law is one of the popular concepts that have emerged in recent years in the international literature. But the studies on this subject in Turkey are quite limited. For this reason, the debates in the Global Administrative Law have been examined by taking into consideration the practices in Turkish law. In the international literature, the Global Administrative Law concept is used to define a wider area than the classic definition of international law. Although there are many discussions on this issue, there is no consensus. In addition to the authors who advocate that this concept should be used, there are also writers who argue that the area expressed by this concept should actually be included in the concept of international law. Although the views of both parties are included within the scope of that thesis, the views of the authors in favor more space in, since this concept is not discussed in Turkish literature. Within the scope of the thesis, besides the discussions about whether this new law field should be accepted as an area; the positive and negative aspects of this field are included. Finally, a number of specific applications have been evaluated.
