Abstract (EN)
This academic work is divided into two parts: the first part is about general principles of using force in international law, and the second part is about the case of Libya according to international law. In the first part using of force were examined general principles of International law, according to before and after establish of United Nations Organization. However in this study using of force has studied according to after establish of United Nations Organization. In this context; circumstances that allowed for using of force were investigated in the case of the disruption and threat of peace. Also the subject and conditions of self-defence has examined which held in article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations. However, the role, the way of decision, measures and bound of decisions of the Security Council of United Nations Organization has examined in the terms of International laws.
