Analyzing knowledge management through content analysis in the literature on international human resource management

In this study, which analyzes the significance of knowledge managenet in international human resources management through content analysis, the similarities and differences between the articles in European journals and the ones in American journals within European and American data bases and the literature on Organizational Theory and Human Resources Management were studied.The study firstly explains the terms knowledge and knowledge management.In the methodology part, how 117 articles on knowledge management in human resources management were approached in European and American journals and how they were explained within the literature on organizational theory and human resources management were analyzed by content analysis.
