A study about local applications of international human resources management

Economic, political, technological, cultural and social changes that affect the globalization process have made the multinational corporations increase in number and also has made it become a decisive power in world's economy. The multinational corporations that regulate their organizational structure and administrative activities in order to keep pace with the competition in the international platform have become in need of diversity in the implementation of their human resources management. Especially in particular, employment from different countries labor markets has led multinational corporations to add an international dimension to human resources management. This requirement has made it inevitable that human resources management should be taken into consideration with domestic and global developments. In this thesis, based on the reflections of developments on international human resources management, it is aimed to determine the differences between these practices if there is a comparison of the practices related to the human resource management applied by the international enterprises operating in different countries in the local markets in which they operate.
