Women's employment and women's working conditions in Russia in the context of the international convention

The degree of women's employment is an indicator of the level of development of countries in academic papers. The role of women in society, her problems and position at the working life has been discussed continually in the process of history and are still keeps his importance in today's discussion. In this sense, academic workings to women's employment at the basis some countries will give you the opportunity to compare the situation of women in society in different geographies. Women take part in all areas of social life in Russia. Women are found in every professional areas of workings life, especially in the country's cold or hot conditions, in the heavy or light work conditions are preferred female labor force. These keep especially the working conditions of women and her problems in working life, the legally recognized rights on the agenda. Regulations on the protection of women at the working place in Russia, her health conditions at the workplace and her job rights according to the age and gender and other rights of women labor force are ordered in laws. Indeed, these rights that are provided by law at the national level, provide a broader protection in accordance with international documents. The first section consists of the historic process of working life of female labor force in the community and the place of women at the working life, the factors that affect the life of the female labor force, the approaches to the women's employment and protective provisions of international instruments relating to women's employment. In the second part of thesis are discussed the place of women in the historical process, in community and at working life. In this section are also discussed the legal protection of women at working place in Russia. The third section is also examined rights for women under the labor legislation.
