Abstract (EN)
The aim of there search is toinvestigatetherelationbetweendepressionlevelsandtheburnoutlevels of universitystudentsaccordingtothedeterminedvariablesandanalyzewhetherthere is a significant differenceor not. Thesamplegroup of theresearcharestudentsfrom Yalova University.Theresearchreached 227 students in total andscalesfilledbythem. Demographicinformation form, BeckDepressionScaleandMaslachBurnout Inventory – student form createdbytheresearcherwereused as data collectiontools. SPSS 2.0 statistic program wasusedforresearch data analyze. Frequencyandpercentagestatisticswereusedtodeterminestudent'ssocio-demographicfeatures.Toanalyzeothersub-problemswemadeuse of FreeSample t-test , mannwhitney u test , kruskalwallisand ANOVA test. Accordingtotheresearchresultsthereisn'tsignificantdifferenceneither at thedepressionlevels of maleandfemaleparticipantsnorstudent'sgradeanddepressionlevel. There is a noticabledifferencebothbetweendepressionlevelandstudent'shome-mateandstudent'sburnoutlevelsanddepressionlevels.
