Correlational research, which is among the quantitative studies, was preferred in the research in line with the stated purposes. The universe of the research consists of university students studying at İnönü University in the 2020-2021 academic year. The sample of the study consists of 712 students from the universe, who were determined by "Simple Random Sampling". Three data collection tools were used in the study. The research data collected with the mentioned data collection tools were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods as well as Independent Samples t-Test, One-Way Analysis of Variance, Pearson Correlation and Simple Linear Regression Analysis, since they show normal distribution. As a result of the research, it was determined that there is a moderately significant relationship between digital game addiction and communication skills of university students. Similarly, on the basis of sub-dimensions, it was determined that there is a moderately significant relationship between digital game addiction and communication skills. In addition, it was determined in the study that digital game addiction is a significant predictor of communication skills.
