The study group of the research consists of university students in Turkey in the 2020-2021 academic year. SPSS 26.0 package program was used in the analysis of the data collected from the participants during the research process. In the analysis of the data, independent samples t-test for paired studies; to determine whether the difference in scores between three or more groups is significant or not, one-way analysis of variance; to determine the relationship between the variables, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient; and to determine whether career adaptability of university students' predict their levels of career concern and career decision self-efficacy and multiple linear regression analysis were performed. As a result of the research, it was found that career decision self-efficacy and sub-dimensions of career concerns significantly predicted career adaptability and that these variables explained 41.4% of the total variance of the career adaptability. The findings obtained in the research were discussed in the light of the literature and some suggestions were also made to future research and practitioners.
