The views of inspector on the level of benefiting in ministry of national education (MNE) from of arts and doctorate thesis which are on the field of educational inspection at the universities

SUMMARY The Views Of Inspector On The Level Of Benefiting In Ministry Of National Education (MNE) From Master Of Arts And Doctorate Thesis Which Are On The Field Of Educational Inspection At The Universities Key Words: Educational Inspection, Master of Arts and Doctorate thesis, the level of benefiting in MNE (Ministry of National Education) The aim of this study is to determine the views of inspectors (Inspectors of Ministry and Primary School) on the level of benefiting in Ministry of National Education (MNE) from Master of Arts and Doctorate thesis which are on the field of educational inspection at the universities in the last decade (1993 - 2002). Inspectors of Ministry (14)- and Inspectors of Primary School (13) who are composed of the samples of the survey were selected by the method of intended (restricted), the controllers involved in the survey were selected by method of the snowball or chain pattern. Perceptions of the inspectors were collected by half- constructed interview. The data of survey was collected by the 17-question interview prepared by the researcher. Gathered data was analyzed by the Content Analysis Technique. The following results were reached in the survey; It is concluded as the inspectors think negatively on coordination between university and Ministry of National Education, the sufficient coordination between university and Ministry of National Education has not been established and this should be developed by forming the common working fields and different projects. It is concluded as the Inspectors of Ministry and Inspectors of Primary School express different ideas about the benefiting of the results and suggestions of the surveys, which are on the field of educational inspection, generally the surveys are not benefited, but if the surveys are developed in terms of quality, they think that they will be benefited in MNE. According to people involved the survey the basic reasons creating difficulties in practicability of the surveys on the field of educational inspection; The options of "Suggestions Are Not Abstract Enough To Put Into Practice", "Problems In Reaching The Suggestions Of The Institution", "In The Suggestions, The Structure Of The Institution Is Not Taken In The Consideration Sufficiently' were marked and in addition to this, "Financial Difficulties", "There Are Not Enough Staff to Put into Practice" were determined.
