An analysis of the need of interactive information in the schools of foreign languages at universities and developing a mobile regarding this analysis

In higher education institutions, sharing information accurately and in time affects the quality of education positively. Untimely and incomplete information may cause failure. It is very important to determine the need for interactive information in schools of foreign languages, where the students of preparatory education first meet higher education and experience one – year adaptation process to higher education. There have been new areas of sharing information with technological developments as an alternative to traditional methods such as posters and etc… This study was done to determine the need for interactive information of schools of foreign languages and to develop a mobile in accordance with it. As a result of the survey conducted with the subject group, the features that should be in mobile application were determined and a mobile application called "YDY Mobile" was developed. In this way, a useful product was created that enables students to reach information and documents through mobile devices without the concept of time and place and, if necessary, to provide rapid communication with instant notifications.
