The appropriateness of lesson book "Unique 9" to the Ministry of Mational Education English lesson programme

The appropriateness of lesson book ?Unique 9? to the Ministry of National Education English Lesson Programme.This research has been fulfilled in an effort to determine the appropriateness of the lesson book ?Unique 9? to the 24.08.2011 dated The Instutıtıons of Secondary Education English Lesson Programme.The data source of the study is; Unique 9 the lesson book and Turkish Republic The Ministry of Education Drill and Discipline Committee Presidency Secondary Education Instutitions English Lesson Teaching Programme.In the research the lesson book and the English Lesson Teaching Programme has been compared. Each acquisition, theme, content, learning and teaching aspect, scaling and valuing criteria has been put to table and those of overlapping items with the lesson book has been marked.When, the appropriateness of the lesson book to Turkish Republic The Ministry of Education, Secondary Education Instutitions English Lesson Teaching Programme in terms of acquisition, theme, content, learning and teaching aspect, scaling and valuing it has been determined that there are improper items on the each step of which are introduced in the thesis.In this research the lesson book?s appropriateness to the programme has been analysed, in order to give an idea to the person, instutition concerned with the desing of the English Language Teaching programme and book.Key words:English Lesson Proramme, appropriateness, overlap, acquisition, theme, content, learning and teaching aspect, scaling and valuing
