Uplink agreement

Currently almost all TV and radio tranmissions are broadcasted via satellites. With the development of space technologies and, accordingly, satellite technologies throughout the world, satellite operators broadcasting internationally have increased in numver and their fields of activity have expanded. Uplink contracts in this current thesis are related to get benefit from uplink service which gathers satellite operators and broadcasters that aim to utilize satellite broadcasting. Within the scope of, satellite broadcasting field improved its speed especcialy in the last half of the 21th century. Uplink contracts are agreements that frequently used in practice in fact imperative to acti them and Worldwide known. On condition that operator provides uplink service and monitoring and fixing service to protect the quality of broadcasting, the broadcasters duty is a paying lease payment. In this study, satellite technology bases on uplink contract and satellite broadcastiong, the scope of uplink service, elements of uplink contract, differences between similar contracts, legal characteristics, the form of contract, the obligation of parts and the termination of contracts have been evalluated.
