Özet (EN)
One of the most important subject of facility management is to decide lot sizes for production lines. In this study, the most common algorithms which have been used to define both multi level and single level lot size and their applicability at a company which is producing perishable products are investigated. All of the lot sizing techniques that published in literature has so many suppositions. In paralel with increasing quantities of study at this area most of these suppositions are started to be taken in to acoount at lot sizing problems and thus effect of these suppositions have been started to be investigated. In this study, with the consideration of interactivity of products and requirements of different levels, it is aimed to optimize whole system instead of optimization of small parts. Additionally by the extra constraints added to optimization formula it is aimed to adapt the lot sizing techniques to facilities which are producing perishable products.
