Abstract (EN)
Businesses that have reached a certain level of maturity in their sales and marketing activities have focused on the effectiveness of their supply chains in order to be able to gain a competitive edge, respond to changing customer expectations and survive in a challenging business environment. An important pillar of the supply chain is logistics activities, and we can consider the dimensions of logistics as supply logistics, production logistics, distribution logistics and reverse logistics. Contrary to other dimensions of logistics, there is not still sufficient study in the literature on production logistics. However, production logistics affect the duration and quality of direct production. After the subject is introduced in the first part of the thesis study, the lean production system in the second part and the lean logistics in the third part are mentioned. In the fourth chapter, internal logistics are used to feed the line feeds. In the fifth section, the main components of the internal logistics system and the literature review are examined. In the sixth section, simple logistics is used in the design methodology and literature search with axioms. Within the scope of the application work, Bant Boru A.Ş. Field visits to the company were made and technical observations were made. In this study, the production material of an automotive supplier company related to the production logistics considered in the context of lean philosophy was examined and the existing material movements were analyzed. In addition to the existing transportation method, different internal logistics transportation methods have been identified with the design approach with axioms. The fuzzy information axiom and weighted fuzzy information axiom approaches and the transportation method with the lowest information content have been chosen as the most suitable transportation method. Then, a hierarchical design structure which can guide the designers in the transition to the new transportation method determined by the independence axiom approach and the existing transportation method has been put forward. The performance improvement procedure has also been introduced to improve the performance of the new transport method and to keep it at the highest level at all times. The comparison of the new transportation method determined by the existing transportation method in terms of business results and the obtained benefits are in the last part of the thesis work. In order to increase the efficiency of the production logistics and to establish the lean inner logistics structure so that material movements can be achieved in a faster, more undamaged, more accurate and more process-integrated manner, a hierarchical design structure is established with the independence axiomatic approach and it is necessary to maximize the benefits obtained and to always keep the performance at a high level design process performance improvement procedure.
