Özet (EN)
In this thesis, ?-chloralose and ß-chloralose sugars, commercially available, were used. 5 and 6-OH groups of these both sugars were protected with the formation of izopropylidene ketal ring. Then, 3-OH group was methylated using with CH3I. On the next step, 5,6-O-isopropylidene ring was broken via the acidic hydrolysis. Obtained 3-O-methyl-1,2-O-(S)-trichloroethylidene-?-D-glucofuranose structure was oxidized by periodate oxidation procedure. In this way, the diol form is crached and related aldehyde derivative can be synthesized. Furono uronic acid derivatives can be obtained when these aldehyde derivatives are oxidized by using HNO3. On the last step, this uronic acid derivative reacted with sulfanilamide derivatives existing of DCC that serve as a coupling reagent in pyridine. Thus, the new derivatives which have peptide linkage on their skeleton were sythesized.Key Words: Uronic Acid, Sulfanylamide, Chloralose, Sulfa Drug, Peptide.
