Abstract (EN)

The study was conducted to determine and identify the disease factors causing wilt in the chickpea cultivation areas in Uşak province, determine the pathogen Fusarium species, determine the antagonistic effects of the nonpathogen Fusarium isolates in dual culture environment and detect the sensitivity of the species to Fusarium spp., included at the highest rate in chickpea plants, under invivo conditions. It was determined that 85,97% of the chickpea cultivation areas in Uşak province was infected by the Fusarium wilt disease in 2018 and 2019. As a result of the isolation studies, it was determined that 70,64% of the isolates were composed of Fusarium spp. As a result of the pre-pathogenicity studies of the Fusariumspp., it was determined that 60,43% (168) of the isolates were pathogen and 110 were nonpathogen. Pathogenicity studies were conducted in ILC 482 chickpea species of 100 Fusarium spp. isolates from the pathogen isolates and 54 moderately virulent, 24 low virulent and 22 were highly virulent. According of the morphological and cultural characteristics of Fusarium spp. isolates were identified as these 61% of the isolates Fusarium oxysporum, 17% F. solani, 13% F. proliferatum, 3% F. verticilloides and 6% Fusarium spp. Against of Fusarium oxyporum isolate with high virulence, the antagonistic effects of 110 nonpathogenic Fusarium spp. were determined. In cultivar reaction studiesagainst F. oxysporum, F.solani, F. proliferatum and F. verticilloides all the chickpea varieties were sensitive to Fusarium oxyporum, while tolerant to the other Fusarium species.
