Systemati̇c studies on the speci̇es of paederinae (Coleoptera: Staphylinidae) in Uşak, Turkey

Abstract (EN)

At the excursions in UĢak province from Aegean region of Turkey between the dates of 2013, April and 2014, July 22 species belonging to 12 genera of the subfamily Paederinae (Coleoptera: Staphylinidae) were collected. In conclusion of the studies, three species of Astenus Dejean, 1833; two species of Achenium Leach, 1819 and Medon Stephens,1833; four species of Scopaeus Erichson, 1839 and Rugilus Leach, 1819; one species from Leptobium Casey, 1905, Lobrathium Mulsant & Rey, 1878, Platydomene Ganglbauer, 1895, Micrillus Raffray, 1873, Paederus Fabricius, 1775, Micranops Cameron, 1913 and Sunius Stephens, 1829 were recorded. 17 species of 22 recorded species were reported for the first time in UĢak province. Paederus littoralis Gravenhorst 1802 and Rugilus maltzevi Gusarov 1991 recorded for the first time from Aegean region of Turkey. In addition Achenium anatolicum Jarrige, 1952 and Scopaeus minutoides Coiffait, 1969 are known endemics in Anatolia. With this study not only are the systematic and faunistic informations, about determined species given but also ecological, zoogeographical and biological notes are attached.
