Özet (EN)

Amino compounds are of great importance as raw materials used in the synthesis of valuable organic molecules such as dyes, polymers, pesticides, antioxidants, drugs and agrochemicals. Amino compounds are an integral part of many important natural products due to their enzyme inhibitors and antibiotic effects. Recently, synthetic organic chemists have focused on the synthesis of naturally occurring and unnatural primary amines to study the relationship between structure and biological activity. Classical hydrogenation methods have various disadvantages due to the use of molecular hydrogen at high pressures and temperatures and special equipment requirements. The method developed in this study and the homogeneous catalyst to be used for hydrogenation reactions will be introduced to the literature for the first time, and it has been possible to develop an industrially important method by obtaining products in a shorter time and at higher yields. Primary amines, which are additives of these highly productive products, aliphatic and aromatic nitro compounds in aqueous medium, sodium borohydride (NaBH4) as hydrogen source and 2,2'-Bis (diphenylphosphine) -1,1'-binaftil] palladium (II) as homogeneous catalyst) was converted to aniline derivatives using chloride (BINAP.PdCl2). In the study, since the reactions were carried out under ultrasonic conditions, the synthesis of primary amine derivatives was carried out at lower temperatures, even at room temperature and in a short time. The primary amines obtained in the studies have been proven with IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectra. Moreover, reduction reactions were performed with the synthesized PdCu@MWCNT nanoparticles and the results were compared. Keywords: Hydrogenation, Primary amine, Homogeneous catalyst, Nitroaren, Ultrasonic conditions.
