The training program was prepared according to method of pyramidal. Sportmen trained maximal strength program at modern fitness saloon sports hall of the university. Statistical analysis of tests were made with methods of ANOVA and Tukey HSD. Maximal strength training was prepared with periods that thay changed from %80-95 of maximal strength. Those periods were %80-8 repetation, %85-6 repetation, %90-4 repetation and %95-2 repetation. While subject of an experiments had two more resting time than working time between sets, they had 3 - 5 minutes resting time between each station.
