Abstract (EN)

Nowadays, heterocyclic compounds such as pharmacological, pesticides, antimicrobial features can be demonstrated by biologically active groups that serve the pharmaceutical industry is still important in this field. Various cyclization reactions forms the basis of the literature syntheses of heterocyclic compounds. In recent years, many heterocyclic compounds synthesised and their biological activities researched. In particular the behavior of heterocyclic compounds against cancer cells investigated. At the beginning of 20th century, five membered heterocyclic compounds such pyrolle, imidazole, thiazole, oxazole, pyrazole, indole, thiazolidinones have become great interest of pharmaceutical chemists, because of their usege as raw material for drugs. As a result of investigation over 100 years for heterocyclic compounds, it is communicable that the usege of nitrogen and oxygene containing structures for modelling the bioactive compounds caused a great variability. This type is very important heterocyclic organic compounds of biological and physiological activity due to the fact that they reveal the cause of the characteristic with the NCO group is known. On the other hand, this type of compounds are getting very important because of their UV absorber characteristic. The sunbeam includes the UV radiation, which's major part xvii is destructive of human healt. For more protection from this type radiation the usage of UV absorber materials in textiles are needed. At the same time, the coloured fabrics, their finishes made from this type materials although depends on the spectrochemical characteristic of the dye and exposure time to sun, can show better colourfastness to light, less colour fading and the yellowing of the white fabrics can be decrease with using this type coating materials. For this purpose in our research plan, we aim at the synthesis of new organic molecules, which are most probably biologically active, nontoxic, a wide range of UV absorber, then their polymerization reactions after structural investigation of them, finally we will research methods for their textile applications. In this context; the synthesised materials will be applyed with different methods on different type of fabrics (construction, colour, dye staff) and the UV protection factors (UPF) of fabrics will be measured. Additionally, the physical performances like colour fastness to light and washing etc. will be tested and approached, in conclusion the results will be commented and if the product will be good enough for commercial production, the optimisations for chemical process and application method will be investigated. Keywords: Imines, indole, UV absorption, UV protection factors, polymerization.
