Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this research is to define the effects of the quality of services which are presented in practice hotels on customer loyalty. Along in this research The perception and expectations of the tourists which are staying in the practice hotels are studied. Literature scanning about the subject was done and in the year of 2012, 428 tourists which are staying at the 4 hotels in Ankara and Antalya were applied questionnaire and information was gathered. The reliability of scales used in this study were examined. At the analyze of the data "percentage", "frequency distribution is received. At the detection of the difference between variables "t test" and "one-way Variance (ANOVA) analyze" is done. While thefindings of thestudyindicates that the tourists service qualityperceptions point average (4,36) shows the transportation is easy, the rate of notification about the implementations and services (3,55) is the least. The education level of the participants in the research (%38,3 master's degree ) is pretty high. The customers with the level of income with 2001 or higher (%37,6) are the majority. The perceptions of service quality vary by gender as well as by demographic features. KeyWords: Service Quality, Practice Hotels, Customer Loyalty
