Abstract (EN)
Keywords: Data Mining, Data Analysis, CRM, Estimation, Naive Bayes In an age of information, today a tremendous amount of data is being produced at every moment, and the importance of data has been increasing exponentially. Therefore, it is of great importance to put these huge piles of data in meaningful forms. With the increased importance of data, organizations have focused on analysing the previous data through data mining in order to make estimations for the future, determine their future strategies, start campaigns take measures to ensure that processes will take place faster, and more accurately, and be more successful. In this study, we have used the CRM data of a consulting firm and we aimed personnel appointment at the fastest and most efficient way by analysing the demands of the clients through data mining tools. In the study, we have used Knime data mining software and we examined the previous data, their priorities, topics, activity types, and the duration of an activity, and by utilising Naive Bayes algorithm, we have employed machine learning and estimated a personnel appointment for the newly assigned present data
