Özet (EN)

A lot of research on the causes of crime were made by researchers in the past and today. Psychological and economic damage to communities from the increases in crime rates is an important fact. Economics of crime, with income from activities considered to be a crime ,goods and financial relationship describes. The criminal economy which is including law, public morals and traditions and incompatible activities,can be in four chapters examined.1-) Crimes targeting of public finances (Tax and Customs Smuggling, Corruption in tenders, Corruption..)2- Crimes targeting the functioning of markets (capital market crimes, Manipulation)3- crimes targeting the public and private sector (Tribute etc.) 4- Crimes against society and the individual(Terror, Drug, Weapon, Historical Monuments, Tissue and Organ, Migrant Smuggling...etc)Organized crime emerged as a revolt against the authority of the state (organized criminal gangs, terrorist organizations) are trying launder proceeds from illegal activities. The presence of these organizations hinders public authority, functioning of public order and international reputation and constitutes a serious obstacle to democratization.
