Crimes of manufacturing and trade of drugs or stimulators and facilitating their use

Crimes related to drugs or stimulants are defined in the Third Section of the Third Part of the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237, which regulates Crimes against Society, entitled "Crimes against Public Health", m.188 et seq. in its articles, the manufacture and trade of drugs or stimulants, the purchase, acceptance or possession of drugs or stimulants to facilitate the use and use of these substances, or the acts of using drugs or stimulants are regulated as crimes by the legislator.
