The design process of distance education programs with administrators? notions of the UZEM

Training encompasses all of the social processes in order to contribute to the teaching and skills of the community culture. A large part of this process happens at school. However, developing information and communication technologies, distance education method save people providing from physical space and saves time by creating different learning environments. Planning and management of this learning environment, directly affect the success of individual learning.Design process of distance learning education programs starts from creation stage to implementation stage of the program as it extends to the period after it. The efficiency of this process concerns the program with the administrators? notions of the UZEM and determines the operability and functionality rate of the program. The aim of this study is creating a guide for the best design process with help of the developed criteria.
