Abstract (EN)

ABSTRACT Importance of social classes and individiual's education has multiplied just because direct or indirect efects of the education which are over a person and social classes have been seen and also level of the life has increased according to education so every individual and social calesses have invested in it. These days, Universities of Foundations are in demand and they have to feel the importance of markt strategy for meeting these demands, staying power in this market and making this service reach to potential customers. Making service be caught strategy is the most important market strategy while they were selling their educational duty. Physical circumstonces, social, cultural and sportive activities, advantages which university gives their students and everything students want to learn about university are explained by making service be caught strategy. This work is divided into three chapters. Sector of service, characteristics and classify of services, importance of marketing, definition of educational services, educations societies and characteristics of sides giving service of education are explanied in the first chapter. It is given information about mix marketing strategy in the firms presenting educational duty and making service be cought strategy. Publicity, making selling holding, individual marketing, relation of public are searched in the second. Opinions of the students are presented by making search between them about making service hold strategy and mix marketing strategy relating to educational service in universities, in the third chapter. m
