Abstract (EN)
This thesis defines "Vernacular and the Atlılar Case". The aim of this study is to analyse the meaning and emphasize the importance of Vernacular Architecture and contribute to the documentary studies in this field. The studies about vernacular architecture were shortly summarised and the idea of "All environments creates their own definition" was accepted. The vernacular pattern of Atlılar Village and changes in this pattern as a result of multi dimensional developments in recent years were analysed from different points of view. In the end existing plans of three buildings were drawn. Vernacular environments are alive among the culture which creates it.
