Programme can beused in agriculture area in comprehension of foreign objects which interfered among the pulseproducts like rice, lentil, and chickpea .?Motion Detector? program can determine the camera images real time by operating oncomputer, and determine the motions by benefiting from the colors in environment. Improved programcan undertake an important role in securing the places which need to be protected. The comprehensionprocess which program performs will be able to prevent the probable big harms before the eventshappened and losses appeared in places which need to be protected.A camera and a video capture card are used in assisting to the developed program.Keywords : Image processing, Colour scanning, Detector, Security1
