In this study is to investigate the cost analysis and the quality values of the in the products of the selected companies that produce woven and knitted raw fabrics using Vortex yarn. With Vortex yarn spinning system, cotton, polyester, viscose and modal fibers were used to produce blend yarns at 65/35% Pes/Cv, 65/35% Co/Pes and 50/50% Co/Cmd ratios. Knitted and woven raw fabric surfaces were obtained from these yarns. For the production of knitted and woven raw fabric in a monthly cost analysis; yarn purchase price (raw material), gross salary of workers (labor), energy expense (energy), purchase price of machinery and equipment (depreciation), other expenses (service, spare parts repair, water, industry room expense (dues), fuel, dining hall, paper roll, nylon bag, chemical expenses) were evaluated.
