Abstract (EN)
Decision support systems are commonly used by institutions and foundations. There are different software products developed for this purpose. Parallel to technological developments, decision support systems are started to be used by people. However, it is difficult for users who use decision support systems for personal purpose to afford developed software products and to use them. In this thesis, decision support software is developed in the aim of practicing decision support systems personally. In the software, one of the methods of decision making, Analytical Hierarchy Process is used. The software is designed without the need of any kind of install or extension as works web based together with the Turkish language support. The developed software is compared to the other decision support software.
