Ministry of Education staff need of training should bedetermined in accordance with these improvements and courses should beplanned according to the determinations. when numbers and quality of these inservice training courses, which are being planned in order to improvecapabilities of the director and the teachers , rises up ,education in Turkey canreach desired level.In this work , a model is suggested for how to complete the process of thedetermining need of in service training of schools , to receive requests ofpersonnel who want to be trainers in these courses , to evaluate the content oftraining, trainers , course centre director and trainers, supervisors at the end ofthe courses on internet.Science Code : 702.1.014Key Words : In-service training for teachers, In-service training needsPage Number : 43Adviser : Yrd.
