Abstract (EN)

In this study, studies about personal information harvesting surveyed and two web based software has been developedfor harvesting personal information. These software are named that Internet Falcon (IF) NER (named entity recognition) and IF Semantic (IFS). IF NER uses natural language processing techniques to harvest personal information. On the other hand, IFS can harvest about millions of entities on certain database. Each developed software has advantages and constraints. The developed IF NER can work on web pages but harvesting process takeslonger time. The information can be obtained in end of harvesting process.IF NER is less reliable than IFS. IFS can query only on semantic database, it cannot harvesting other documents. Information achieved at the end of harvesting is reliable and harvesting process time is shorter than IF NER but IFS can harvest only the content of the semantic database is a constraint.
