Abstract (EN)

XIII. century is a period in which Anatolia experienced many political turmoil. Turkey has kept the same dates, places great movement mysticism in front Seljuk Empire, the Mongol period has been well spread this movement. Turkey taking the Seljuk State sages state support had created their own areas of activity have also played an important role in state and society. XIII. century is Byzantine, After IV. the Crusade, the Latins invaded Istanbul and moved to Iznik. Until 1261, the sages of the Byzantine Patriarchate worked in Iznik. "XIII. Century Turkey Seljuk's and Byzantine Wise's Socıal Effects" on this study, Turkey Seljuk Empire and the Byzantine Empire's XIII. century sages lived in two separate civilizations will be evaluated in separate sections. The life of each sage who lived in this century will be examined and its social effects will be discussed. In the light of this information, deficiencies in this field will be tried to be eliminated.
