Abstract (EN)
The main aim of this thesis is to analyse the prestige and technological developments of buildings added by building envelope concept and also materials and construction of building facade fiction in the historical process specially at the early of 21. century. ?Intelligent facade? and ? media facade? designs have come to agenda as a system which may minimize the dismay of becoming mediatic as well as providing prestige at buildings and increasing the comfort of users with the rising concern of energy efficiency. ?Intelligent facade? approaches which realize the best perfromance in summer and winter conditions and strike the balance between inner and outer space and also take the duty of becoming media, strongly convert building facades to environmentally friendly. So, the performance of facade fiction has inclined with beginning from design process in building facade and by applying so many technological developments in construction sector. Therefore, in this thesis, the general consequences have been determined with regarding the realized researches and analysed building samples .
