Abstract (EN)

The effects of tin dioxide nano-particle doping on the superconducting properties of YBCO bulk samples, prepared by conventional solid state reaction method, have been investigated. Doping ratios of superconducting samples (about of tin dioxide nanoparticle size is bigger than one hundred nanometer.) shaped YBa2Cu3O7-yadd percent tin dioxide.Superconducting samples was labeled Sn0,Sn1,Sn2,Sn3 and Sn4 respectively. The characteristic peaks of Y123, oxygen contents and lattice parameters were characterized using X-ray powder diffraction (XRD). Furthermore, analysis of the lattice parameters, the calculation of the oxygen content and for Y123 characteristic peaks are used PDF-2 database. Surface morphology analyses of the samples were carried out using scanning electron microscope (SEM).We have found the critical temperature of 95K pure YBCO. Small tin dioxide contributions increased to Tc values, while we observed decreases 4.5 K around for larger doping levels. The density values of all the samples were calculated with the Archimedes method.
