Quality at foreign language education and a study on the perceived service quality

Importance of foreign language centers can not be ignored under nowadays conditions in which learning at least one foreign language is a necessity. In this study, the motives with which the students are going to foreign language centers, expectations and perceptions of the students related to the service quality of the centers and how students are affected by service quality applications of these language centers are examined. For this purpose,it is important to determine the service quality perceived by the students in those centres.
