Abstract (EN)

This study has been done to determine the proficiency perceptions of the instructors teaching Turkish as a foreign language in the exam preparation and assessment and evaluation processes. "The Scale of Exam Preparation and Evaluation Proficiency Perceptions of Teachers Teaching Turkish as a Foreign Language", was created by Boylu (2019), and was applied to 100 volunteer participants who teach Turkish as a foreign language by using a "Simple Random Sample". A descriptive study, which is frequently used in quantitative research methods and education, was created by applying the "Survey" model. Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis H tests were applied to determine the effects of the demographic characteristics of the instructors as well as the variables determined as sub-problems on their perceptions of efficacy. As a result of the study, it was found that the instructors teaching Turkish as a foreign language found themselves sufficient in exam preparation and assessment. In the context of the sub-problems, it was found that there was no significant difference in the demographic characteristics of the instructors on their self-efficacy.
