Abstract (EN)
This study aims to investigate the relationship between the digital literacy levels of international students at Gaziantep University and their satisfaction with the services provided by the university library. The study population consists of 4170 international students enrolled in the 2023-2024 academic year. The sample size was determined using Cochran's (1963) formula, and 352 students were included in the study. A structured questionnaire was used as the data collection tool. This questionnaire assessed students' digital literacy levels as well as their opinions on library services, physical space, access to information, staff quality, multilingualism, and overall satisfaction. The research was conducted using a quantitative method and a descriptive survey model, with a convenience sampling method. The findings indicate that the participants' digital literacy level is above average and "good." Satisfaction with library services is at a medium level according to Likert scale averages; students expressed the highest satisfaction with the spatial dimension and the lowest satisfaction with special services. Furthermore, a significant relationship was found between digital literacy level and satisfaction with library services. It was observed that students who found the services successful had higher digital literacy scores. The results of the research are expected to contribute to the development of university library service policies for international students and to the enhancement of students' digital literacy skills.
